Hi! I’m Anna Gardner, a private math tutor with over 3,000 hours of tutoring experience. Over the past six years, I’ve had the privilege of helping more than 75 students build confidence, improve their grades, and reduce stress around math.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics with a Minor in Computer Science from Metropolitan State University, graduating in May 2022. At just 17 years old, I became the youngest graduate in Colorado’s history. Prior to MSU, I earned my Associate’s degree in Mathematics from Arapahoe Community College, where I was recognized on the President’s List and was a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and The National Society of Leadership and Success.
Teaching and mentoring have always been a natural part of my life. As the oldest in a large family, I grew up helping younger siblings with schoolwork, which sparked my passion for tutoring and education.
Outside of tutoring, I am a competitive volleyball player, former gymnast, and coffee enthusiast. I also have a heart for ministry and have had the opportunity to serve internationally in the Philippines, Nepal, and Indonesia. I married my best friend, Jacob, in 2025, and we love building a life centered around faith, community, and helping others succeed.
My goal as a tutor is simple: to help students not only improve their grades, but also develop confidence, independence, and a positive mindset toward learning.
